I began working with Gerry just as the market was starting to soften last year. We knew going in that we had to be flexible with our pricing and creative with staging/freshening the house. Gerry worked with me to de-clutter the house to make it more appealing to buyers and helped make small freshening updates to give it some additional luster. And when pricing adjustments were needed, Gerry had the difficult conversation with me and we moved forward. Even in a tight market I got a very good price for my house and I was happy with the transaction and extremely pleased with Gerry’s help. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for help in buying or selling a house!
